Family, lineage & duʿā records
Digital Islamic Genealogy Tree
Map out parents, grandparents, children and relatives in a simple, visual tree – to remember your roots and make duʿā for your family by name.
All data stays in your browser only and resets if you refresh the page. For a permanent record, print or export your tree and store it safely.
Step 1 – Add a family member
Fill in the name and relationship, then click “Add to tree”. You can add as many people as you like and group them by generation.
Using a genealogy tree in an Islamic way
- Knowing your lineage helps you maintain ties of kinship (ṣilat ar-raḥim), which is greatly emphasized in the Sunnah.
- Keep this tree private if it contains sensitive details; share only with trusted family members.
- Use it as a duʿā list – regularly mention your parents, grandparents and relatives by name, especially those who have passed away.
- If you are unsure about someone’s exact lineage, you can still record them respectfully without guessing or changing surnames.
